This involves various type of injection (Pain block) procedures to treat Spinal conditions.

Here medication is injected under fluoroscopy control at the area interest.

Many time patients have no relief with medical or conservative treatment, rest or patient is not a candidate for surgery.

In such situations pain block procedures like epidural block or nerve root blocks can give satisfactory relief.

Many conditions like coccygodynia (pain over tail bone) or Sacroiliac joint pain disorders are best treated by pain block procedures. Surgical treatments in such conditions have not shown very good results.

Pain block procedures have very minimal side effects and are very safe in nature.
